argh! they all say "AMD Approved and P4 Ready" does that mean i need a converter?

around how much are they? and do you guys think 300w is enough for the specs i have above?

it works fine in all of my games (deus ex, max payne, half life, yada). keep an app running tha ttakes up no resources..i made a vb app tha tjust sits there..so you can alt+tab to that.
