Okay here's the deal. I've spent a god awful amount of time putting this thing together trying to get it to boot. I finally figure it out was either the old NIC card or the jumper settings. It could never boot with the auto-detect settings. The RAM is Kingston ValueRAM 184 Pin 256MB DDR PC-3200...
Basically it thinks it's a 3200+... I know this isn't healthy. I also know the Barton is a hell of an overclocker, but this computer is NOT for me and I do not want to damage it.
