E-drood, is Sandforce the sole problem here? Couldn't it be the execution of the controller by these companies? I mean OCZ isn't known for it's reliability or their five star customer service. While other companies like G.Skill or OWC haven't faced any problems (yet?).

Also it's worth noting that the Intel 320 carries a 5 year warranty vs the 510's three year warranty. With such new technology that's prone to performance degradation/failing, I'd always look at the company/warranty.

Go Intel or OWC/Corsair. Get a company that actually CARES about their customers. As another poster said, I wouldn't go with a company that's about as honest as a "street whore" even if their goods are one of the best on the market.
