EVGA is more appealing with their warrenty and clock speed even. Though the warrenty for me is pretty much defeated if using a waterblock is going to throttle the card (unless there is a fix).

Thanks for the detailed post! As I said in previous posts ocing is a plus but not a must. I read about the raid issue which does seem extremely stupid and uncalled for. I suppose as long as there are leaked bios it's not so bad... I won't be having a raid setup anyways so thats not a big issue...
