Whats wrong with using a heater core?? after all that is all a heat exchanger for water cooling is. The heater core for my truck was only 18 usd and it fits a 5.25 bay nicely. You can get universal mounting kits for 10 usd. Just because it is cheaper does not mean it is not as good as the name...

Check your motherboard bios and see it will allow you to run your ram at 133 and your cpu at 166 or 200. My chaintech allows me to run like that. My cpu fsb is at 200 and my ram is at 133. I am running a 2500 barton at 3200 with 512 of ddr 2100.
