For laptop 2.5" hard disks, does it matter if it was used originally on a Mac laptop? I have a Dell laptop and recently my hard disk crapped out on me. I saw an Apple hard drive (Seagate just like mine) for sale for pretty cheap so I'm wondering if it will be compatible. Thanks.
Oh yea forgot to mention that this is the S939 version (Venice) not the AM2 (Orleans) version. The one they sell at MWave.com is the AM2 version which is apparently cheaper. The S939 at MWave is $200. And as someone mentioned, it is SINGLE CORE!

I tried doing a search on the forums but couldn't find exactly what I was looking for. I'm planning to get an Opteron 165 with a8n32-sli but a lil confused about what memory to buy. Would I see better performance with high FSB and low latency or the other way around? Mostly be used for gaming. I...
What happens with the video on a widescreen LCD with a native resolution of 1680x1050 when the video card can only support the standard 16:9 or 4:3 resolutions?
