A vacuum does not suck unless its pipe end is directly on the surface. The blower is the only option.

This is a counter based on some 2d graphics. http://infinitydash.deviantart.com/art/Framerate-Tester-60fps-351713708 click (make 250) to increase graphics complexity and see the actual frame rate. It decreases with increasing complexity.

1. I find it smoother (higher frame rate) when I decrease the resolution. So I am not sure if the refresh rate equals the frame rate. 2. Also, programs seem faster in lower resolution (not higher frame rate, but faster responses). Thanks for answering
