Personally I have ditched Zalman, SilentX products are by far quieter. Unfortunately they have not got around to doing chipsets or graphics but I am sure it will not be long before they do.

The Gigabyte GA-K8N Ultra-9 appears to be passively cooled whilst the Chaintech was, but then the later revisions were changed after a 'bad' review (reviewed O/C's to death the board then blamed the passive heatsink) I agree though that I doubt we will see this board, the hype has been around...

Wasnt this the board that was discussed earlier in this thread? On one picture it showed passive cooling, then on another it was active? The overclockers picture shows it as active. It is though well priced. Myself, I have never had any problems with Gigabyte boards.... Also this board...
