hans007, are you sure you had the latest AMD CHIPSET drivers? I know personally downloading the latest catalysts do NOT include the chipset drivers. You have to search and download these seperately.
I have now built 3 machines with these drives for customers 2 Intel and 1 AMD and with their most recent chipset drivers they DO NOT suffer from the BSOD issue coming out of sleep. I have 5 machines of my own running these drives, 2 HTPC's, 1 Media Server, 1 Laptop, and my Gaming rig. 3 are AMD...

I emailed Adata tech support and explained to them my find on the OCZ forums that lead me to the fix. They are please and I was told it will help them with the end user. Fact is Microsoft needs to update their drivers ASAP... Now I am not sure how this...
If you have an Intel Chipset, update your drivers to V10

Try it , it solved my BSOD after sleep. Did some research and found a thread on OCZ forums with folks with the same SF controller and sleep issues. Worked for some of them...
Why not use a program like Acronis to make a backup image before you do the work... You could restore the image after the flashes and save your self a lot of work.. Just a thought. PM me if you want more detail rather then take this thread off topic...

Just a note on the raid setup is there any special way to flash them? I am assuming you have to break the raid to put the PC in AHCI mode?? Would that not wipe out a stripe array? unless you are...
Sweet nice find. Would be really strange if they reposted the same old 3.4.6 Although maybe it is just the fixed version to display the correct temps. Then again they would not keep the same version number... Either way I am dling going to flash and post back with results. :thumbsup:
I am working with their engineering dept. I suggest anyone who is BSODing with the RC4 revision email them and let them know the make and model of your PC/Book... May help them weed out the bug(s) once and for all...
