Do those pen drives require proprietry software installed on the user computer, or does the drive show up as a drive without any installation of software. I want to buy one but am afraid it won't work at my school's computer lab if software installation is required.

I have the AWE 64 Gold that has stereo outputs, but I was wondering if there is any other soundcard out there that has stereo outputs? I sorta want to move away from ISA and get a regular PCI slotted card.

My C drive disappeared in My Computer / Windows explorer. Does anyone know how to fix this. I can still run my computer so I know its there, it just doesn't show up anywhere.....
