looking forward to buy a new graphic card, 7300GT but something has been BUGGING me. one with 128MB DDR3 memory and another with 256MB DDR2 memory the problem is that both almost same price, which one should i choose? im going to use this graphic card to play F.E.A.R., Splinter Cell, Quake 4...

is sempron 2600+ overclocked to 1.94ghz bottleneck for 7300GT coz i'm planning to get 1, im currently using ATI X300, can't even play F.E.A.R. with shadow on. i got 1 GB of DDR400 RAM. Thanks.
