    Upgrade from Windows XP Home to Windows XP Pro

    Has anyone ever experienced the message: "Invalid PID". I'm trying to install a Windows XP Professional upgrade on a Compaq Presario 2200 laptop. This is the second Windows XP Pro upgrade that's been purchased. The first did the same thing. Surprise! Compaq & Microsoft are no help.
