I have a 700 watt OCZ PSU. I tried both DVI ports on the card. The DVI cable works with the onboard GPU, so I'm guessing it's ok. The PSU is hooked up to both plugs on the video card. I'm starting to think I got a bad card.

I was wondering if someone could help me out. My 465 GTX died, so I decided to buy a MSI 660 ti. I deleted my old drivers and popped in the660 ti. I cannot get it to boot up. The on board video is working, but anytime I plug the DVI cord into the 660 ti, nothing. I've installed video cards...
