There is a beta EPG version of the WinPVR software on Leadtek's website and I have been using it for a while and it seems to be working ok. There are some installation problems but can be ignored.

I do not have this problem but I have seen it in other soundcard before when recording. This is usually caused by an hardware conflict with IRQ. Have you try moving it to a different PCI slot?
