Yes this new motherboard has on board RAID. Does that matter? The HD's are both connected to the normal IDE connections and not the Raid. Perhaps if I go in BIOS and disable RAID?

I recently installed a new mobo and now redhat will not boot. I get this error:
<0>Kernel Panic: Attempted to kill init!
I then tried to reinstall via cd rom install boot. After the initial screen asking which way to start the install (ie GUI, or text mode, etc), the same error came...
When I did XFree86 I got the same error. No screens found.
Above it says: (EE) Screen found, but none have usable configuration.
This is so annoying. How can this OS see something upon install, work fine, but then upon final boot suddenly not be able to use it? Its nuts.
After a fresh installation of redhat linux v8 upon first boot up I typed in startx and got an error instead of the GUI:
ERROR: Fatal Server Error: No Screens Found
After that I went into xf86config and did all the video/display, etc options. Once done I tested startx again and same error...

I currently have a 3com wireless gateway coming right off my cable modem. Its fine for the wireless to my laptop and such, but it has 0 port forwarding choices, etc. I cannot host any type of games or get file transfers on icq and such because of this.

I have been plagued for months with IE6 temp folder problems. Its extremely annoying. It seems no matter how big I make the temp folder and offline images folder its always full within a few days time. Cannot view sources of pages, cannot right click and save an image without it...
I found it. I guess you cannot use XP's search feature to find it. But I went right to C:/ and voila. It was looking right at me. I did the recommended above and it worked great.
