I installed the drivers on the motherboard driver CD. Then I updated the drives from EVGA website but after I installed them my mouse stutters while in windows. So I uninstalled the drivers, then reinstalled them using the drive CD. Should I update the drivers again?
I ran speedfan and it didn't show the readings. It should show the reading for Vcore in the bottom left box but when I run speed fan it's blank.

Ok, this is my first time building a PC and I don't know why there is only 0.016V for the CPU (see CPU-Z01). Did I do something wrong?
No OC, everything at stock. I just check the frame rate with Fraps and I got average of 30-40 fps outdoor and 40-60 fps indoor. Sometimes it would drop to around 25 when a lot of stuff is going on. Most of the time it's pretty smooth for me.

I have 7800gt + 3700 sandie + 2x 512mb dual channel and I run CoD2 at 1280x1024 with all settings on high and still have silky smooth frame rate. I played the Xbox 360 version at Bestbuy and they look identical.
Both cards are about the same price. X800GT got slightly higher scores in most of the benchmark tests except Doom 3 but it doesn't support shader model 3.0 unlike the 6600GT. Is sm3.0 important for mid-range cards? Which one should I buy?
What do you think of this laptop? My budget is around ~$1000 and the price of this laptop is slightly over $1000. I heard it's on board video card is just as good as the Radeon X300SE and it will have no problem playing Half-Life 2 on mid-low settings, is it true? Also I no clue what Turion...
