I had the same problem. Couldn't get XP to load all the way without hanging (froze at different points during the installs). This was with the BIOS set to "Fail-safe". Temps were good. Yanked it out finally and installed a Shuttle AK31. Works like a dream. SOYO RMA'd. Good luck.
