I have an Eddie Bauer B&M near me and got one of those postcards. So I went into the store and bought 3 pair of socks for 16.50 - 15.00 = 1.50 (I could have gotten 3 pair for 15 exactly, but liked these better.) I don't think this deal is as good if you don't have the B&M store, though.
