Thanks a bunch Jackmds. Your information is most insightful. Sounds like all I need is a simple parallel printer cable to share files between computers. Do I need any special software or will w2k discover the connection with network wizard.

I went up to their business last week and purchased a Compaq P110. Am pleased with picture, refresh rate, condition. It was $216.+ out the door. I consider that a hot deal. The warranty is 1 year, exchange for another monitor. The clerk(Albert) said that they had about 100 of them.
