Yeah BigTwin once overclocked a certain fsb it's normal read all the reviews they all do it, don't worry about it. Mine does it as well :)
Oh thanks Markymoo for the ftp link much appreciated
Well this new bios 0706 has let me hit a new record now all from 300 to 401 x 9 work so far this is the most i've tried 400x9 giving me 3.6ghz :) will wait for the official 0709 to be released on wednesday before i try any further :)

I got mine stable at 3.2ghz with only 1.3625 volts via bios. So if your failing at 1.35 i suggest you just up it one notch to 1.3625 and you will find it stable.
Good luck
Hmm don't know where to find the week but on the box it says FPO/BATCH #L628A333
VERSION #D63625-001 Don't forget here in Australia we always get things last :)
Cpuz records it as Stepping 6 B2
hmmm will check the week on chip when i get home but
here are some more figures for you to try from my trial and errors on my e6600 with p5b deluxe set up
stabilty here
357x9=3213ghz vcore set at 1.3625 everyday use nice temps on air etc
360x9=3240ghz vcore set at 1.3750...
Your correct the E6300 is locked at 6/7 if you wanted to use 9 you should have purchased a e6600 :)
btw why don't your try 460x7 or higher i'm seeing ppl using 520x6
Not sure about the auto voltages i'm pretty sure when i let my auto voltages on it still did it. But then again i'm really doing heavy overclocking compared to stock
So far i'm at 379x9=3411ghz stable running at 1.40 in bios voltages cpu air cooling big typhoon idle 36/37 full load 46/48...
