very good deal. Though it comes without vid editing software. I bought one netlux card (TI chipset) from Netlux a month ago for $39 ($52 shipped with CA tax). It came with MGI videowave 3.5 but no cable. So spent another $20 for the cable(I know.. I can get cheaper one though). KosB
