id say for the time and trouble, sell hte 9800pro and just buy an XT off eBay

Right now i have a p4 northwood 3.0ghz OCed to 3.3 with 880fsb-1gb, dual channel GEIL ram, pc3200 440mhz. Radeon 9800pro, non OCed with VGA cooler. I can run at Ultra settings with a few tweaks, check out this site. I also have two raptors running RAID0 which helps, but in any case I can play...

9800pro looks to be ok, as long as we throw in a nice 3ghz 800fsb with dual channel gig ram and raptor hard drives!

Im running 9800pro and put a VGA silencer on it, with that silencer my case temp dropped around 5 degrees!!! I put a heat sensor on the backside of the GPU and im at about 108 F??? is this about right? I did the conversion seems to match up. just wanted to make sure i put the cooler on correctly!
