No storage devices connected and its been on past hour, might my SSD being bad trigger the shutdowns?

Unable to get past loading screen before it resrts itself. Everything on the board is cool or warm. Nothing is physically hot to touch and as far as I can tell, nothing burned out on mobo. You guys think a new mobo/cpu is in order?

Computer won't go past Windows loafing screen now, just resets. If i dont use it for a while, 3+ days. I might get an hour use out of it or so. I dont think its north bridge chip unless i fried it already. What do you guys recommend i try to swap in first? New mobo, cpu power supply?

Motherboard is an ASUS M5A97 R2.0. Computer has been on for about an hour now. And it was shutting down faster with GTX 760. Maybe its an SSD issue? I have an old intel SSD SA2CW120G3 and a newer KINGSTON SV300S37A120G. Currently windows is installed on the intel SSD.
