I was just wondering how far my board will be able to upgrade. I may want to replace this 2.53 next year with a Hyperthreading 3.2GHz+ P4.
Well I sure hope thats the case. I really don't feel like going out and buying another board just to take advantage of the future Hyperthreading P4's. I'm not doing much overclocking these days and want to stay with the i850E/PC1066 combo for awhile.
Depends on how far you plan to overclock and if you will at all. If your not into overclocking then I'd say that it might be worth the extra 50$ to get the extra stock speed. If your into some ocing then some 2.26B's can out overclock the 2.53's.
If you could land one of the newer 2.53GHz's...
