In your BIOS there should be another option called hard disks or hard drives.
Select that and all of your drives should be listed and you can move the priority of each disk up or down to your liking.

Upgrading from a AV8 Deluxe 939 motherboard to A8N SLI Premium but using same processor and hard drives. Do I not to completely reinstall XP Pro or can I just update my chipset drivers once I have the new motherboard installed?

I have the laptop on AC power and it has a clean, non-HP bloatware, version of XP Pro SP2 nstalled.
I switched the power scheme setting from laptop to home/home office in the power options panel and this has made the core speed stick to full speed.
