Also, I've read about lots of heat related issues withe the IOH on the Northbridge Which is right behind the hottest part of the video card. It was hot to the touch and hot on temp monitors. I directed fans right on it and brought temperatures way down and still rebooted almost emediately

I have the same problem now. I started with a Corsair 650 W and upgraded to a Corsair 850 W. Same problem... Mine is the same, no overclocking. and I know what to do. Sending it back to MWave (very good to deal with) and getting either a GB or an ASUS. I7 940 MSI X58 Pro HIS...
