There is not a phone number to call, but I did email both Fry's and OCZ. The rebate form does not list any specific retailer. I keep copies just for this type of situation. Really ticks me off.

I purchased an OCZ GameStream 700W power supply from Fry's Outpost.com. It was advertised that it came with a rebate, something like $40. Well today I received a postcard from them saying my rebate was invalid because I purchased it from an "unauthorized retailer." I find this very disturbing...

I installed an OZR GameXStream 700W power supply and things are working great. Both games play just fine. Thanks to all who gave suggestions.
