If you paid by credit card, just call you credit card and charge it back. Exchangepath will not only have the money taken away, they will have to pay a penalty on top of that. The more charge backs they get, the bigger the penalty. If they get too many, their entire account will be shut down...
Though I'm far from a fan of Exchangepath, I hate to say this. This one is
your fault. Most of these services are very clear: Do NOT ship outside of
the US! They only work in the US and the minute someone asks you to ship out
of the US, you should know that they are using a stolen credit card...
