How do you tell if it's a D0 stepping? Is there anything on the packaging or a way to check before you buy?

Northwood's have 512kb Cache, Prescott's have 1Mb Cache. You can use a program Such as CpuZ (google it) to see which one you have, and alot of other information about your system. I assume on the packaging it would tell you this as well. Can anybody help me Please Please Please :)
