I think I should RMA the video card, but I want to be sure

I don't know if power is an issue. I have one DVD burner, one SATA drive, a sound card and a video card, all on an Antec 450w power supply. Have you tried unplugging some components (dvd drives) and see if that does anything? I know my problem is heat with something, because blowing a fan on...

I love my L90D. +have to work really hard to see ghosting +big +bright +very adjustable +8ms = good -if ur used to CRT's, resolution is capped at 12x10 -i am told the color is less than ideal. Not something I'd notice -the buttons are hard to press

indeed, i have never applied a gpu hsf, and I could get a painless and free RMA right now. I would much rather be safe.

I have an antec 450w PSU. The case right now is open, and I have a 120mm in the front (intake). Ventilation should not be an issue. The room is very cool, and the problem is far too apparent to consider natural (happens in less than an hour of play) I will try underclocking

I got overheating-like syndromes in games with my Leadtek 256mb 6800GT. Everything is stock clocked. The game would run fine, then stutter every now and then, getting more and more often, then it'd do one of 2 things: -Bluescreen, giving an error about nvidia. When windows (xp) came back, it'd...

Something's broken, and I think it's the CPU

yes. Breakthrough! For some reason, after I redid the HSF on the CPU, I ran prime95 again at stock speeds, because it really didnt make sense that everything was pointing to the video card, and prime95 failed Well.. Prime95 passed (12 hours and counting right now)!!! So now the only...

It was in 16 bit color and dumpy resolution and said "a device has failed," and the reest of some...

k did that, now just to clarify if this IS stable with 1 stick of ram, my CPU's memory mcjigger is borked, so I have to RMA the CPU?

i'm gonna try that, thanks edit: sorry for being a moron, but how do I disable dual channel? Is it a bios setting, or do I change the ram sockets?

CPU Core - 1.38 LDT Bus - 1.20 Chipset - 1.52 DRam - 2.64 After the flash, These are the voltages my bios is reporting. NView is still reporting the same voltages as before, so I don't trust those. Haven't stress tessed after the flash yet.

Flashing bios to 3.10 in 90 minutes. 5.10 wasn't available for the Ultra-D. Anything else to look for beforehand? Or is this just something I should have done a long time ago...... edit: hahaha i got from juinor member to member just by having this problem and not shutting up about it
