I have never had to manually set my ram speed before. I do not know the information on my hardware to compute the timings. Where can I find the information or can someone help me compute them? Thanks.

How would you recommend cleaning it? Arctic Silver is very sticky, and I tried my best to clean it already but there is some still inside the pin holes for the cpu on the mobo that I cannot get out.
