    No. But I must disable it to make the installation of Linux or Xp to work. Now, I think it's because of the motherboard's poor quality.

    Yes. I also tried to install linux. It's not working in linux either. And just used Clockgen to check the PCI frequency which is at 33Mhz.( I'm overclocking at 2.4Ghz now). So it's not the overclocking problem. Man, this board sucks. No wonder they sell it for negative value. : (

    That's exactly right! Are you still going to overclcok it? I thought that it's the overclock killed the network. But It's such a waste to not overclock this CPU.

    I got the combo at fry's. Overclocked the CPU to 2.4Ghz. After about one week, the ethernet died. Anyone has the same problem?
