I want to make an SSD RAID 6 for LAN use. My budget opens for 7 x 400GB Intel s3700 SSD. For a bit less I can get temptling 7 x 800GB Intel s3500 SSD. Both options will outperform other bottlenecks in the setup. There will be heavy writing to the RAID, so wear and tear is a concern...
