or check the powersupply with ur mother board unplugged check the voltage n see it it peaks right before it restarts u could have a short

if u have played with ur vid card drivers since u built it you could have stacked ur video drivers and they could be conflicting with parts of an old vers ,diffrent build... ext. uninstall display adapter drivers and dont use any betas.... i might be way off but thats my 2 cents. good luck...
