Well, here's a mini-segment of my diet: Limit all carbonated beverages. No dairy products. No tea or coffee (decaf as well). Limit meat to 8oz per day (All meat, not just beef) No "greens" (I'm guessing turnip greens, etc) Limit potatos to one serving per day No cranberries or cranberry juice...
