I'm not sure where the problem lies. And I only realize it while watching tv shows on it but dont have problems on my hdtv when hooked up at same time. It's like when there's a lot of movement there's a horizontal line across the screen not really a certain color Moreso like the picture unaligns...
I had a black screen issue before but it was a 280x and sent it back for refund. Reluctantly went with a 290x same company and I love it and have no problems.
All happened with in past 2 months.
Stumbled upon a xfx double dissipation 290x for 358 shipped. It seemed like a good deal. What do talk think. I was Leary because I just rmaed and get a refund on a 280x because of problems with the card and I'm hoping this card doesn't do the same...

I'm working on an rma with ncix hopefully for a refund I don't even want a 280x anymore. Too many problems. Is my best route to rma thru my retailer since I already bought 9/19.

Well I've encountered another problem. The flickering is gone. But it seems anytime
I put a load on my computer it will make my screen go black and it stays that way. I would guess it had something to do with the bios flash
