Arrrggg I have a headset and it keeps asking for the backdoor code, which is the IPEI (which is the S/N under the battery) I enter the code and nothing happens. WTF am I doing wrong. The phone is useless unless I can get the backdoor code to work. Any help would be appreciated. Reply here or...

Unclemo, call back and speak w/ another CSR rep at Staples. I was told the same thing, but I knew that was BS. Seems like some of the CSR do not have a clue. Conclusion it seems like the success of your purchase is directly related to the CSR that answers your call.

Damn it worked, but took a liitle work on my part. I called OM and got them to give me the numbers of stores that still had the printer instock which I relayed to the CSR at Staples.....which she called and approved. Gently said I had a $40 off coupon and had a code for for the TV. Total 199.49...

Try and speak w/ a CSR named Cheryl...Had the same prob until I got her on the phone!

Had the same proble, w/ the CSRs...Just kept calling back until I spoke w/ Cheryl...She had done the transaction earlier and hooked me right up for $136.00. I think some of the other CRSs are just jerks!
