I can't speak for all WinXP users but i have had NO problems as far as compatibility goes. The only thing close is that the DIrectX 8.0 VIdeo Capture Update won't run, but that is because microsoft made it detect what OS you had before it would run the EXE, and when it detected that i had WinXP...

I have that same board and same RAM setup, but I've never once had a lock-up or a low-mem message. I ran on Win2k for a while, now im on WinXP, so it might be that your on Win9x\ME. Either way, 512MB should not give you low mem errors... Sorry I couldn't help, but atleast you know its not...

Does anyone know when DirectX 8 will have a capture driver update for WinXP? They currently have one for ALL the other Windows (its the same file). I think that the drivers would work on WinXP but the EXE will not run if it detects a different OS than the ones it supports.

It's not a cam, its a playstation 2. Anandtech did a review of the board and plugged their NES into and could see their Dr.Mario game. It should work for my PS2 as well.

I installed the Nvida Capture Drivers for my Gainward Powerpack !!! and when i plug my ps2 into the composite plugs, and run ulead video studio, or another video capture program i have, it says i need to install capture drivers. I did install the drivers, so I dont know what is the problem...
