    Do what joinT said, make sure you bios matches the settings below. Boot Options 1. Other Boot Device: "Onboard ATA100 Boot" 2. Scsi/ATA100: "ATA100/SCSI" 3. Load Onboard ATA100 Bios: "Auto" ...Yea there seems to be a big performance difference.
