do you know what type of panel this one uses? if its 6 bit or 8 bit? im looking to get this or the 1907 but im concerned about the colors displayed. is it even that big of a deal to begin with? i ahve a 172fp and its supposedly 8bit and i like it. i dont want to go down to 6 bit

can you install xp home/pro upgrade if the version of windows you have currently is one of those system restore disks? or does it need to be a full version of windows? also...is it hard to do the upgrade from windows ME to xp?
