    HD4650 and HP m7470n Computer - slow performance

    Anyone else have experience with the installation of the HD4650 into an HP media center computer? My machine runs as if it was 10 years old. The drivers rufuse to install and always exhibit a RegPermWrite error. Any help here would be appreciated.
