think i worked out the problem...i had a WAN miniport driver conflicting..which i must have missed..and when i tried to remove it said it needs it to boot...i removed it in the netowrk menu and i rebooted and everything seems to work fine now..system has been stable for about 45mins :) i noticed...

I Own a Hercules 3d Prophet 2 MX Twin View and im wondering what drivers to use im curently using older version of Hercules Drivers (because of there o/c tool) but im wondering what iss better in terms of performance...there latest drivers and using another o/cing tool or Using nVidias drivers...
