the jumper configuration has no problem, i doubled checked that, currently there is only one HD connected and it still doesn't work

I disconnected all the other drives only the boost hard disk was left and it is master.

just installed a new harddisk, then i can't start my pc any more. Even though I uninstalled the new harddisk, still can't get the pc run. The cpu fan ran for a couple of seconds then no response. Does anybody meet such situation before?
