I don't use a popup blocker, and I don't use IE, I use Firefox, though I have tried with IE and I have the same problem. I use Ad-Aware and Spybot S&D, and I still have the problem after having run a full virus scan with Norton and a full spyware scan with both programs.

If you want to install a fresh copy of Windows onto a SATA drive, you need a floppy which should come with your motherboard to make the installation software recognize the drive during installation.
