Anyone, First time buying an AMD Atholon, 1.4GHz, retail box. When I took heatsink/fan out of box the wax tape just fell off the thermal compound, is this normal? Isn't the compound supposed to be sticky? Should I return? PLZ HELP before I install this and the thing cooks on me! Thanks in advance.
