I've been waiting for the opteron 165, but since the price has gone up I decided to get the x2 3800. Seems like now days the X2 3800 processor are doing some good overclocking. I got my CPU with the motherboard as a combo for $279 at Fry's this past week. Right now I'm doing 2.8ghz at 1.6...

Well, I got my X2 3800 at 2.8ghz with 1.6 vcore (prime stable), but I wasn't sure if it was ok to have the vcore that high. So I lowered my speed to 2750 at 1.52 vcore and now it runs at 46C max load. When I had the CPU speed at 2.8ghz my highest temp was at 56C.
