Is "overshoot" when the LCD transitions to brighter color before going to an intermediate color? I thought that wasn't a noticeable effect?

DLeRium, I was under the impression that overdrive panels were faster than TN panels? Or is it just the way they measure them that makes their numbers slower, even if they are faster in real life? I think I am going to get a 19in overdrive though. They definitely do appear to be the way to go...
