Thanks for all your help! I went with the 690 since I'll probably be able to ride this gpu and this rig until GTX...
So, I finally bought some of the components of my new rig, went along with just a single GTX 690 4Gb version. And I have an Asus VK278Q 27" monitor, display at 1920x1080p..
System froze, so I went back and turned on Windows Modules Installers, now I disabled Core C6 State and I haven't had a crash so far on idle or while gaming..

Nevermind, I'm trashing this junk, getting a new system soon. :)
an update: I stopped Windows Modules Installers, based on what I've researched regarding this issue, haven't had any freeze thus far.. I'll update regularly
relatives, aunties, and the likes.. they asked me what I want so, might as well go for the best at that time, I rushed on searching for the components.
I've been having this problem ever since my AMD build was assembled.. At first it was only when playing Heroes of Newerth that it would hang and display black/green screen, but then it happened once during Assassin's Creed 3, it also kept happening on Dota 2.. Then randomly during web surfing...
I already have 1 SanDisk Extreme SSD. One GTX 690 is a present from a relative (already confirmed), the other one I'm still in the process of persuasion. The PSU is also confirmed.. The rest I'm buying. The things I have already are 1 SSD for OS, 1 HDD for storage, and planning to buy another...
I'm building my rig for gaming, and programming use.
I would also be exploring overclocking my rig to get maximum potential.
Is this a good combination or parts? Is it rational/reasonable with respect to price/performance..
