I tried using 1600x900 and there are no artifacts. Native resolution is 1080p. So I think the pixels themselfs are fine. Could it be GPU RAM problem? I will check out Aida64 and see what it finds.

I get his odd artifact when ever the screen comes on from being off. It is always in the same spot. I can move the cursor over it and the cursor will look normal but the artifact is still there after I move the cursor away. If I drag something like an icon close to it it'll disappear and look...
