BF2 still isn't running great, but i think that's just the game, seems really buggy imho...but fear is fantastic now, no stutters at all, same with hl2, wuwu!

In newer games (especially Battlefield 2 and the FEAR beta and HL2 even) I get periods of about 2 to 5 seconds where my image and sound will stop and the sound will loop super fast and then resume normally...i have a fast computer, an athlon 64 3400+ with an epox 8kda3+ mobo with 1gig of ram...
